Fresh Cauliflower

We are offering fresh and nutritious Cauliflower that is picked at its peak, when the color is white or creamy white and the tiny floret buds are at just the right stage of maturity. It is frozen through the most advanced I.Q.F (individual quick freezing) technique. Our team of farmers inspects the crops to ensure that the cauliflower plants have not developed a woody texture. After that we select clean, firm, compact heads and discard heads with major spots, speckles, bruises, or loose, open floret clusters. Each and every floret of the cauliflowers is hand trimmed as machine processing damages delicate cauliflower, also results in pieces of widely varying size that do not cook at the same rate.

The florets are trimmed to an exacting specification of 2 inches in length, to provide just enough of the stalk for added crispness and crunch. Each hand-trimmed floret is individually frozen to retain the sweet flavor and crisp texture. The entire harvesting process is promptly carried out by our team of experts, so as to avoid any chance of losing flavor and color.
